Ms. Shara Wade, Principal
My name is Shara Wade, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Northern Hills Elementary. I have been an educator for more than 17 years and bring a passion for student success, strong family partnerships, and creating positive learning environments where every child can thrive.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Grambling State University, followed by a master's degree in Gifted Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an Educational Specialist degree in Administration from Arkansas State University. Throughout my career, I have served students and families in a variety of educational roles, including classroom teacher and campus administrator, experiences that have strengthened my commitment to supporting the whole child.
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, my family and I now proudly call Texas home. My husband and I have two daughters, and our experiences as both educators and parents continue to shape our belief in the power of strong school-family partnerships.
I became an educator because of the teachers who positively impacted my own life and inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to helping students reach their full potential. I believe every child deserves to be known, supported, challenged, and celebrated. At Northern Hills, I am committed to fostering a culture of high expectations, meaningful relationships, and continuous growth for all students.
I look forward to partnering with our families, staff, and community as we work together to ensure every Bronco has the opportunity to learn, lead, and succeed.
